Booknetic / Cuspan Pro
Panel Designer
Brand the Cuspan Pro customer panel — themes, accent colour, logo and the toggles that control what shows on every card and page.
The Panel Designer is where you brand the panel and decide what your customers see. No code — pick a theme, set an accent and a logo, and flip toggles for the bits you want.
Where to find it
- Booknetic (single site): Booknetic → Settings → Frontend → Cuspan Pro.
- Booknetic SaaS: a top-level Cuspan Pro → Panel Designer screen in the SaaS admin. See Booknetic SaaS for how per-tenant branding works.
Save, then reload your customer-panel page to see the change.
Colour theme
Pick one of six presets. Each sets the panel’s full palette in one click:

Appearance
Four controls fine-tune the look:
- Corner style —
Rounded(default),SoftorSharp. Sets how rounded cards, buttons and inputs are. - Accent colour override — paste a hex colour (e.g.
#6366F1) to replace the theme’s accent with your brand colour. Leave it empty to use the theme’s own accent. - Logo URL — the image shown in the panel’s top bar (and the mobile sidebar). Leave empty for no logo.
- Booking page — the page your Book an appointment and Rebook buttons link to. Leave it on the default to use your company/home page.
What shows on the panel
Eleven toggles decide what the panel includes. They’re grouped into Layout, Appointment card and Account.
Layout
- Full-screen mode — hide your theme’s header and footer so the panel fills the page like an app. On by default.
- Show mini-dashboard — the “next appointment” card and the upcoming/completed stat chips at the top. On by default.
- Enable Upcoming / Past / All segments — the three tabs that split appointments. Turn it off to show one combined list. On by default.
- Compact (dense) layout — tighter spacing for customers with long histories. Off by default.
Appointment card
Decide what each appointment card shows:
- Show staff — staff name and avatar.
- Show location — the location for the appointment.
- Show price — the appointment total.
- Show status badge — the colour-coded status pill (approved, pending, etc.).
- Show company (SaaS) — the tenant/company name, on Booknetic SaaS.
- Enable Rebook button — a one-tap Rebook on past appointments that jumps to your booking page.
All on by default — switch off anything you don’t want customers to see.
Account
- Allow profile photo upload — lets customers set an avatar from the Profile page (JPG, PNG or WEBP, up to 2 MB). Off by default.
