Booknetic / Cuspan Pro

Common questions about Cuspan Pro for Booknetic — requirements, compatibility, caching, RTL and what happens on deactivation.

The panel looks like the old one — nothing changed
Three things to check:
- Cuspan Pro is active in Plugins.
- Your licence is activated — see Licensing & updates.
- You’re looking at the page that holds the
[booknetic-cp]shortcode and the customer panel is enabled in Booknetic.
The buttons (reschedule, pay) don’t do anything
Cuspan Pro reuses the Customer Panel add-on’s actions underneath. Make sure that add-on is installed and active, and that the matching options (reschedule, change status) are enabled in your Booknetic settings.
Does it edit Booknetic or change my database?
No. Cuspan Pro is a pure overlay — it replaces the look of the customer panel and reuses Booknetic’s existing actions. No core files are edited and no tables are added or altered.
What happens if I deactivate it?
The stock Booknetic customer panel comes straight back, unchanged. Nothing is lost — your appointments and customers were never moved.
Does it work on Booknetic SaaS?
Yes, fully. See Cuspan Pro on Booknetic SaaS for the per-tenant details.
Can I use my own brand colour?
Yes — set Accent colour override in the Panel Designer to any hex value. The six themes set the rest of the palette (including a full dark mode, Midnight).
The Packages tab isn’t showing
The Packages view only appears when Booknetic’s Packages add-on is active and the customer has a package. Without it, the tab is hidden by design.
My customer-panel page is blank or stale
If you run a page-cache plugin (WP Super Cache, W3 Total Cache, LiteSpeed, etc.), exclude the customer-panel page from caching. The panel loads each customer’s data fresh, and caching the page can serve a stale or empty shell.
Right-to-left (RTL) languages
The panel mirrors with your site’s text direction, so RTL languages display in the right orientation.
Translating the panel
Cuspan Pro is translation-ready (text domain cuspan-pro-for-booknetic). Translate its strings with
your usual workflow — a .pot template ships in the plugin’s languages folder.
