Getting started
Install Cuspan Pro, meet its requirements, and turn the Booknetic customer panel into a modern, app-like account portal.
Cuspan Pro redesigns the Booknetic customer panel ([booknetic-cp]) into a modern, app-like account
portal — a real dashboard, appointment cards with slide-in drawers, and clean profile and security
pages. It loads as a pure overlay: no Booknetic core files are edited and no database tables are
changed. It runs on both regular Booknetic and Booknetic SaaS.
Requirements
Cuspan Pro sits on top of Booknetic’s own customer panel, so that panel has to be in place first:
- Booknetic installed and active.
- The Customer Panel add-on installed and active. Cuspan reuses its endpoints for reschedule, status changes and payments — without it, the panel renders but the action buttons have nothing to talk to.
- A page that contains the
[booknetic-cp]shortcode, set as your customer-panel page in Booknetic. - The customer panel enabled in Booknetic’s settings.
Optional, unlocked automatically when present:
- The Packages add-on — adds a Packages view for customers who bought session bundles.
Install
- Download the Cuspan Pro zip from your Code Heaven account.
- In wp-admin go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, choose the zip, install and activate.
- Activate your licence — see Licensing & updates.
That’s it. Your existing customer-panel page now renders the redesigned dashboard automatically — same shortcode, same page, new experience. Nothing else to wire up.
How it works
Cuspan Pro replaces the output of the [booknetic-cp] shortcode with its own interface and reuses
Booknetic’s existing actions underneath. Because it’s an overlay, two things follow:
- Nothing is migrated. Your appointments, customers and settings stay exactly where they are.
- Deactivate and the stock panel returns. Turn Cuspan Pro off and the original Booknetic customer panel renders again, unchanged.

Try it live
