Booknetic / Cuspan Pro
The customer panel
A tour of the redesigned Booknetic customer panel — dashboard, appointment drawers, profile, security and packages.
This is what your customers get once Cuspan Pro is active — a tour of every screen. What’s visible depends on your Panel Designer toggles and which Booknetic add-ons you run.
Dashboard
The panel opens on a dashboard instead of a flat table:
- A next appointment card highlighting the soonest upcoming booking — service, staff, date, time and location at a glance.
- Stat chips showing upcoming and completed counts.
Hide the whole strip with the Show mini-dashboard toggle if you’d rather go straight to the list.
Appointments
Appointments are split into three tabs — Upcoming, Past and All — each rendered as cards rather than rows. On the All tab, customers can sort by newest, oldest, status, or price.
Each card shows the service plus whatever you’ve enabled in the Panel Designer: staff and avatar, location, price, and a colour-coded status badge. Empty tabs show a friendly message and a Book an appointment button that links to your booking page.
From a card, customers open one of the slide-in drawers:
- Details — the full appointment: service, staff, date and time, duration, location and price. Buttons from other Booknetic add-ons (a rating prompt, a meeting link, and so on) appear here too.
- Reschedule — a calendar of available dates with live time slots for the day they pick. Choose a new time and confirm. Available when your Booknetic rules allow rescheduling.
- Pay — shows the amount due and the enabled payment methods, then sends the customer to the gateway. Appears when there’s a balance to settle.
- Change status — lets a customer move an appointment to one of the statuses you allow (for example cancelling), when your settings permit it.
Past appointments get a Rebook button (if enabled) that jumps to your booking page with the same service pre-selected.
Profile
A clean profile page where customers manage their own details — first and last name, email, phone, date of birth and gender. If you enabled Allow profile photo upload, they can set an avatar (JPG, PNG or WEBP, up to 2 MB).
If your Booknetic customer-panel settings permit account deletion, a clearly separated Delete account action appears here with a confirmation step.
Security
A dedicated security page for changing the password, with show/hide toggles, a live strength meter and plain-language tips (minimum length, mix of letters, numbers and a special character). Confirm the new password and save.
Packages
If you run Booknetic’s Packages add-on, customers who bought a bundle get a Packages view: each package as a card with a progress bar (sessions used vs. total), its paid/unpaid status, and buttons to schedule a remaining session or pay for the package. Without the Packages add-on this view is simply hidden.
