The short version

We are a small studio, not an advertising business. We collect as little as we can get away with: there are no accounts on this site, no advertising trackers, and no cookies set for analytics.

Who is responsible

Alovio is responsible for the data described here. For anything on this page — a question, a correction, or a request to delete something — write to hello@alovio.org and it reaches a person, not a queue.

What we collect

What the plugins collect

Nothing. The free plugins do not phone home, do not send us your site's data, and do not track your visitors. Anything a shopper types into a field built with our plugins stays in your own WordPress database, under your control — we never receive it.

Who else processes data

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Directory badges

A few plugin pages show badges from software directories that list us — CodeTrendy and SaaSHub on the Product Options page, LaunchNest on the Checkout Fields page. Those badge images load from each directory's own servers, so the directory can see that the page was viewed (your IP address and browser, as with any image on the web). They receive nothing else from us, and the badges set no cookies on our pages.

How long we keep it

Correspondence: as long as it is useful for support, then deleted. Payment and licence records: as long as tax and accounting law requires. Analytics: aggregate only, with no personal data to retain.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to hello@alovio.org and we will act on it. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
