Booknetic / Credit Topup

Setting up plans

As the Booknetic SaaS operator, define Credit Topup packs per channel, set prices and currency, and choose which payment methods tenants can use.

This is the operator side of Credit Topup: the packs your tenants can buy, what they cost, and how they pay. You set all of it from the Top-up Plans screen in the SaaS admin.

Create top-up plans

Plans are organized by channel — SMS, WhatsApp and Email (the channels you have a workflow add-on for). For each, add as many packs as you like. A plan has:

  • a name (e.g. 500 SMS pack),
  • a price,
  • the number of credits it grants,
  • an optional description.

Price and credits are fixed once a plan is created (so past purchases stay accurate). You can still rename a plan, edit its description, and activate or deactivate it.

Payment methods

Choose which methods tenants can pay with:

  • Balance — pay from the tenant’s account balance.
  • Card (Stripe) — Stripe Checkout (needs your Stripe keys configured).
  • Mercado Pago — needs your Mercado Pago access token.

Currency & display

  • Set the currency (and symbol position) tenants are billed in.
  • Control what the buy screen shows — for example a plan’s remaining credits and descriptions — and the look of the top-up button.

Standard vs. dedicated marketing credits

If you also run the matching campaign add-on for a channel, you can choose whether a channel’s purchased credits count toward normal workflow/monthly use or form a separate pool reserved for campaigns. Pick whichever billing model suits your plans.
