Getting started
Install Credit Topup for Booknetic SaaS and understand how tenants buy SMS, WhatsApp and email credits when their monthly limits run out.
Credit Topup is a Booknetic SaaS add-on that lets your tenants buy more messaging credit by themselves. When a tenant burns through their monthly SMS, WhatsApp or email quota, their messages stop and your inbox fills up — Credit Topup turns that into a self-service purchase.

Requirements
- Booknetic SaaS installed and active.
- At least one messaging workflow add-on active — Twilio SMS, Twilio WhatsApp or Email — so there’s a channel to top up.
Install & activate
- Download the zip from your Code Heaven account.
- In wp-admin go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, choose the zip, install and activate.
- Activate your licence — see Licensing & updates.
How it fits together
- You (the operator) define top-up plans per channel and the payment methods tenants can use — see Setting up plans.
- Your tenants buy packs from their billing area when they need more credit.
- Monthly plan credits are used first; when they run out, purchased credits take over automatically and never reset — see Tenant experience & FAQ.
It pairs naturally with the campaign add-ons, so tenants can fund their own outreach: WhatsApp, SMS and Email Campaigns.
