Booknetic / SMS Campaigns
Getting started
Install SMS Campaigns for Booknetic, connect Twilio SMS, and use the built-in or custom message templates.
SMS still gets read within minutes, which makes it the sharpest re-activation tool a booking business has. SMS Campaigns brings segmentation, templates and delivery management into the Booknetic admin, so a “we miss you” blast takes minutes — no export to a third-party tool.

Requirements
- Booknetic installed and active (works on Booknetic and Booknetic SaaS).
- The Twilio SMS workflow add-on, with your Twilio SMS credentials configured in Booknetic.
Install & activate
- Download the zip from your Code Heaven account.
- In wp-admin go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, choose the zip, install and activate.
- Activate your licence — see Licensing & updates.
An SMS Campaigns menu appears in the Booknetic admin, with the campaign builder, your campaigns, the suppression list and a manual send.
Templates
SMS Campaigns ships with four ready templates — re-engagement, a loyal-customer offer, a general announcement and a seasonal campaign — and lets you create unlimited custom templates of your own. You personalize any template with customer shortcodes when you build a campaign (see Sending campaigns).
Keep an eye on message length and your Twilio per-segment costs — SMS is billed by the provider per message segment.
