Getting started
Install Email Campaigns for Booknetic, set up email sending, and use the built-in or custom templates with subject and body personalization.
Email Campaigns turns Booknetic into a lightweight email marketing tool: segment your customers, personalize the message, and send — with batching, retries and per-recipient tracking built in.

Requirements
- Booknetic installed and active (works on Booknetic and Booknetic SaaS).
- The Email workflow add-on, and a working email setup in Booknetic (
wp_mailor SMTP).
Install & activate
- Download the zip from your Code Heaven account.
- In wp-admin go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, choose the zip, install and activate.
- Activate your licence — see Licensing & updates.
An Email Campaigns menu appears in the Booknetic admin, with the campaign builder, your campaigns, the suppression list and a manual send.
Templates
Email Campaigns ships with four ready templates — re-engagement, a loyal-customer offer, a general announcement and a seasonal campaign — and supports unlimited custom templates with full HTML in the body. Unlike SMS and WhatsApp, you personalize both the subject and the body (see Sending campaigns).
Deliverability
Email goes out through Booknetic’s email settings. For reliable inbox placement on larger sends, use a
proper SMTP service rather than raw wp_mail, and make sure your sender address is authenticated.
