Is conditional logic really free?

Yes. Multi-rule show / hide / require logic with AND/OR matching is in the free plugin, on every field type — it’s not a paid upgrade. See Conditional logic.

Does it process payments?

No, by design. Alovio Calculator generates quotes and captures leads. Connect the conversation and close the sale your way. (If you sell on WooCommerce, see Alovio Product Options for priced product add-ons.)

Will my totals be accurate?

Yes. Calculations use exact fixed-point decimal arithmetic — no floating-point drift — and the same engine runs in the browser preview and on the server. The server independently recomputes every submitted quote, so the price a visitor sees matches the price you receive. More in Formulas.

Can I migrate from another calculator plugin?

There’s no automated importer yet, but the template gallery plus the drag-and-drop builder make rebuilding a typical calculator a ten-minute job.

Quote entries live in your own database — no external services, no IP addresses stored. The plugin registers with WordPress’s personal-data export and erase tools. See Quote requests & entries.

Does it work with my theme or page builder?

Yes. The calculator renders with namespaced, self-contained styles and plain JavaScript, embedded via shortcode or block — so it works in any theme and any builder that renders shortcodes. See Embedding & themes.

Which PHP versions are supported?

PHP 7.4 and newer, including PHP 8.x.

Can I translate it?

Yes — the plugin is fully translation-ready (text domain alovio-calculator).

What’s the difference between free and Pro?

Free covers the builder, all twelve field types, formulas, conditional logic, eleven templates, six themes, and quote requests with CSV export. Pro adds the multi-step wizard, branded PDF quotes, webhooks & Zapier, and quote analytics.
