Your customer panel is the entire after-booking experience — and the stock Booknetic one looks like an admin settings screen: a flat table and a few plain buttons, exactly where customers should feel looked after. Cuspan Pro replaces it with a modern, app-like account portal: a dashboard with the next appointment up top, cards split into Upcoming, Past and All, and slide-in drawers to view details, reschedule against live time-slots, pay a balance or change a status — plus clean profile, security and packages pages.

Version 1.1 adds the things customers reach for after they book: one tap adds an appointment to Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar, a search box finds any booking in a long history by service, staff, location or date, and booking a new appointment opens in a popup over the panel instead of sending anyone to another page. On a phone the header carries the account menu — profile, e-mail and sign-out — that the desktop sidebar holds.
