Zip Lookup

Zip Lookup adds a ZIP / postal-code search to the Booknetic booking panel. Multi-location businesses lose bookings at the “which branch?” step — Zip Lookup fixes that: the customer types a code and instantly sees the locations that serve it. No page reloads, no third-party geo APIs, no API keys.

Requirements

• Booknetic installed and active (works on Booknetic and Booknetic SaaS).

Install & activate

1. Download the zip from your Code Heaven account and upload it under Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
2. Activate it, then activate your licence — see Licensing & updates.

Assign codes to locations

1. Edit a location in Booknetic.
2. Open its ZIP code tab and add the codes that location serves — type a code and press Enter (or comma) to add it as a tag. A location can have as many codes as you need.
3. A normalize & sort button tidies and orders the list for you.

Got a lot of locations? A ZIP Import screen takes a CSV (location plus its codes) so you can set up everything in one go.

What customers see

A search widget appears above the location step in the booking panel:

• The customer types a ZIP or postal code; live suggestions appear as they type.
• Matching locations stay; the rest are hidden, with a count (“3 locations found”).
• Clickable ZIP tags let them filter with one tap, and a clear button resets to all locations.

It works with any alphanumeric postal system worldwide — numeric ZIPs, alphanumeric postcodes, the lot — and matches entirely from the codes you assigned, with no external lookups.

SaaS

On Booknetic SaaS the code-to-location mapping is scoped per tenant, so each workspace manages its own.
