The directory still looks stock

Three things to check:

1. Tendir Pro is active in Plugins.
2. Your licence is activated — see Licensing & updates.
3. The pages use the Booknetic SaaS tenant-directory shortcodes (search form, directory listing, tenant page). Tendir Pro overrides those — if a page uses something else, it won’t be affected.

Does it change my Booknetic data or database?

No. Tendir Pro overrides three directory shortcodes and reads your existing data — it creates no tables and runs no migrations. Your tenants, services and reviews are untouched.

What happens if I deactivate it?

The stock Booknetic tenant directory comes straight back, exactly as it was. Your Tendir Pro settings are kept, so re-activating restores your design.

The map view is blank

The map uses Google Maps. Set a Google Maps API key in your Booknetic settings and make sure the Maps JavaScript API is enabled for that key in Google Cloud (and that any domain restrictions allow your site). The grid and list views need no key.

A quick filter or section isn’t showing

Most of what appears on the directory is controlled by the 33 toggles in the Directory Designer. If a block is missing, check its toggle is on. Some card details (rating, price) only show when the tenant actually has that data.

The “bookings today” counter shows the same number for everyone

That’s expected — the live counter is a presentation element seeded per day, so it reads consistently for all visitors. Adjust its range and speed in the Directory Designer.

Settings won’t save

You need Booknetic admin access to use the Directory Designer. If saving fails, confirm your account has the right Booknetic permissions.

Can I translate it?

Yes — Tendir Pro is translation-ready (text domain tendir-pro-for-booknetic-saas) and ships a .pot template.
