Campaigns for Booknetic

Your booking history already knows who to ask.

Email, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns built from fifteen segments of your own Booknetic data — one builder, one queue, and on the SaaS edition the credit packs that pay for the sending.

02 — The change

Outreach, without the export.

  1. 01
Export a list, clean it, paste it elsewhere
    Fifteen segments, built in place
  2. 02
    Guess who has gone quiet
Inactive 90 or 180 days, with history behind them
  3. 03
    Send and hope
The exact recipient count, before anything leaves
  4. 04
A timeout becomes a second message
An unclear result is marked unknown, never resent

03 — How it works

From a segment to a send.

  1. 01
Fifteen segments, from your own data

The last 7, 30, 90 or N days. The next 7 or 30. First-timers with exactly one appointment, regulars with three or more, inactive for 90 or 180 days but with history. Cancelled or rejected in the last 30.

  2. 02
Narrow it, then look at it

Filter by service, location or a minimum appointment count, and exclude anyone on your suppression list. Preview shows the exact number of recipients before you commit.

  3. 03
    Three channels, one builder

Email, Twilio SMS and Twilio WhatsApp, each through the Booknetic workflow provider it already uses. WhatsApp bodies are template-only, and a template that fails pre-send verification stops the batch before anything is submitted.

  4. 04
    A queue you can stop

Sending runs in batches in the background. Pause it and the Send button goes away; resume and the cron finishes the run — no recipient is sent to twice. Every attempt is logged and exports to CSV.

  5. 05
An unclear result is not a retry

When a provider answers ambiguously the recipient is marked unknown and left alone. You check the provider’s own delivery history and decide — rather than have a timeout turn into a second message.

  6. 06
    Credits reserved before the send

On Booknetic SaaS, purchased credits are reserved before the provider is called rather than charged after it, and an unknown reservation keeps holding until it is reconciled. Tenants buy packs per channel with balance, Stripe or Mercado Pago.

05 — Questions

Before you decide.

What does it need to run?

Booknetic 5.10.1 or later and below 5.11, on WordPress 5.6+ with PHP 7.4+. Each channel needs its Booknetic workflow provider add-on configured — the Email action, Twilio SMS or Twilio WhatsApp. WhatsApp additionally needs an approved Content Template and a default Messaging Service SID. Booknetic 1.3.x is not supported.

Does it work on regular Booknetic, or only SaaS?

Campaigns work on both. The credit top-up module is only loaded when Booknetic SaaS is present, because it exists to let tenants buy their own sending quota — on a single-site install there is no tenant to sell to.

I already run the standalone Campaign and Credit Topup add-ons.

This is a fresh install, not a migration. Activating Marketing switches those plugins off — running both duplicates the menus and, on SaaS, the credit-charging drivers. Their data is kept but not imported, so back up before you switch.

What happens when a provider gives an unclear answer?

The recipient is marked unknown and is not retried automatically, and the credit reserved for it keeps being held until it is reconciled. Check the provider’s delivery history before sending again. Acceptance by a provider is not a guarantee of inbox or handset delivery.

Can I edit a campaign after it has started?

No — a started campaign cannot be edited in place. Duplicate it and send the copy. A completed campaign has no Send button at all.

What happens without a licence, or if the licence server is down?

Campaigns and credit top-ups switch off, but nothing is deleted: a campaign already sending finishes, and purchased credits keep counting. A licence server that cannot be reached never switches anything off — only a real answer changes the verdict.

When can I buy it?

It is not on sale yet, so there is no price on this page. Unlike the rest of the shelf it is licensed through our own server rather than a marketplace.

Ask the people who already came.

No price yet and nothing to pre-order. Everything on the shelf today is one click away.
