Accept bank transfer payments in Booknetic
Card fees eat margins and some customers simply prefer paying by transfer. Add a native bank-transfer method to Booknetic — instant pending booking, customer confirmation, and one-click admin approval.
Not every booking should go through a card. Transfer fees are lower, some customers prefer paying by bank, and in plenty of markets it’s simply the norm. The catch with offline payments is the back-and-forth: did they pay, which booking was it for, and is it confirmed? A proper bank-transfer method for Booknetic closes that loop cleanly.
How it works
Bank Transfer adds a native payment method to the Booknetic booking panel. The flow is built so nothing falls through the cracks:
- The customer picks Bank Transfer at checkout. The booking is created immediately with a pending status — no waiting, no card popup.
- They make the transfer from their own bank, then confirm it — from the finish screen, their customer panel, or an email link — entering a reference number.
- You see the confirmation in a dedicated review screen and approve (marks it paid) or reject with a note (lets them resubmit) — one click each.
Set up once
Add one or more bank accounts (IBAN / account number and details), write the instructions the customer sees at checkout, and point the add-on at your confirmation page. That’s the setup.
It fits your existing stack
- Coexists with every other gateway — offer transfer alongside cards, not instead of them.
- Workflow events fire on submit, approve and reject, so you can automate the emails around each step.
- Staff permissions control who can review and approve.
- On Booknetic SaaS, every account and review queue is scoped per tenant.
Get started
Read the docs — getting started, taking payments and automation & FAQ — then grab it from the store. For card-averse markets, it pairs well with the Paystack gateway.
